Loudoun County is in the early stages of drafting the zoning language for the village of Taylorstown and possibly the surrounding area just outside of the village.
Taylorstown Community Association needs your comments to address with Loudoun County Zoning and Planning in the rewrite of the zoning ordinance and community plan.
Please consider the following criteria and/or characteristics that would help define and preserve the Village of Taylorstown:
- Historic
- Residential
- Light commercial businesses
- Pedestrian use
- Cultural character
- Future development criteria
- Future public improvements
- Road issues
